Yes. We can normally set the mobile bars up anywhere as long as we are aware of venue and flooring type, etc. The bar is fully mobile and designed to be positioned anywhere for all event types - whether it’s a wedding, festival, team building event, corporate event or even just a bob-standard party, we’ve got it covered!

Obviously this depends on the size of the bar and the amount of additional equipment required. Generally, it takes around an hour to set up for a modestly sized event, bearing in mind that some cocktail bars require more time and additional preparation.

Fluid Bars is based in South Manchester and covers the entire North-West, Cheshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, Yorkshire and parts of the Midlands and North Wales. We have also worked at events all over the United Kingdom including London, Bath and Scotland - so please get in touch as we will consider anywhere in the UK.

Yes. We have a large team of professional and experienced hospitality staff. We will include costing for this in your quotation. We also have a number of cocktail bartenders that are trained in the art of mixing drinks and flaring (a skilled performance including juggling cocktail shakers and liquor bottles) to give you an overall fantastic experience.

If it’s just staff that you require, then we can provide extremely friendly and trained staff for you - although appropriate equipment and ingredients are essential.

No party is too big as our flexible portable bars range in size to be suitable for any number of guests. We will also make sure we have an appropriate staff to customer ratio, to ensure no one is waiting too long to be served.

Our menus can include our own fruity, sour, sweet, long and short drinks, classic and contemporary cocktails as well as non-alcoholic "mocktails". We also create signature cocktails for clients wanting to enhance the ‘wow’ factor at events or even to add a personalised touch to their cocktail/drinks menu.

Yes, indeed we can. The bar can be decorated to emphasise your party’s theme or company branding. In addition to themed menus and drinks, the bartenders can dress up in fancy dress to make the party come to life!

We are able to supply nearly all product lines including many top brands. In terms of product offering, we recommend a simple cocktail menu and core drinks. This is often requested which provides clients with an excellent balance of quality and value.

Yes, we supply a full range of glasses including flamboyant, cocktail, standard polycarbonate and disposables. Pricing for all such glasses depends on the quantity and quality required. This will be included in your quotation for your mobile bar hire.

We are able to supply a range of cooling equipment (fridges and coolers) with all our portable bars to ensure that products are kept at optimum temperatures at all times. We guarantee the availability of ice throughout the event, offering cocktails and other drinks at an enjoyable, consistent temperature and standard.

Yes, we are able to offer a pay bar service so that your guests can purchase drinks at their own cost. This requires a temporary event licence to be obtained in advance of your event.

Yes, we have Public Liability and Employers Liability cover for every event we cater for.

A licence is usually only required if you choose the option of a paying bar service. You do not need a licence for an all-inclusive bar as our licence and insurance covers this.

Yes, we will refund all unopened spirits, boxes of wines and beers under most circumstances.

Due to demand Fluid Bars cannot guarantee any date until a booking fee is paid. We have numerous bookings for next year already - so please book as far in advance as possible. However, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we’ll do our utmost to supply a mobile bar for your event at short notice.

We accept cheques, BACS transfer or cash as methods of payment.
