Cocktail tastes are changing fast, with consumers now enjoying an ever increasing array of cocktails.
Our menus can include fruity, sour, long and short drinks, classic and contemporary cocktails, martinis and flaming drinks as well as non-alcoholic mocktails. We are happy to create signature cocktails for clients seeking a unique drink and the added ‘wow’ factor.

As you would expect our range of wines is extensive, covering every taste and occasion. We are happy to recommend wines to complement your choice of menu or match the event theme. We can also source special requests.

Soft Drinks
Due to the ingredients in cocktails we are readily prepared to make exciting non-alcoholic drinks such as mocktails! We generally include numerous soft drinks within our costing and can provide a comprehensive range of mixers etc.

Beers
We supply premium European and World bottled beers if you require a fully functional bar. We can generally supply any requests and prefer a more premium product no matter whether it is beer, ale, cider or larger!
