35ml White Peach puree
Top with champagne

Method:
Pour peach puree into a mixing tin and approximately 50ml of champagne, stir well and pour into a flute. Add additional champagne in glass if required.

French 75

Spec
20ml Gin
10ml Lemon juice
1 b/s Gomme (sugar syrup)
Top with champagne

Method:
Shake first 3 ingredients; add champagne and double strain into a chilled flute.

Glass: Flute
Garnish: Place a cherry into the flute

Named after the French WW1 field gun, this drink encompasses a mix of gin, fresh lemon juice and champagne positively packs a punch.
